CNN concedes South Carolina, Tennessee, and South Carolina to McCain while giving Obama Massachusetts, New Jersey, Deleware, Maryland, Connecticut, Maine, his hometown state of Illinois, and the District of Columbia.
Obama takes the electoral vote lead, 78-34.
